Of particular interest was a profile of
information which I did not create. It is an
automated profile, the Australian Rowing
Online Management System (ROM’s).
I cannot control what content is made
public on this profile.
This profile contains personal details such
as my height, weight, age, club affiliations,
the date I started rowing, my Rowing
Score and my Complete Racing History.
3. When I decided to my name, I found many personal pictures. The majority were photos of
me rowing and my teammates (as circled in red below), most were from Facebook or websites in which I
had a profile on, others were from my High School Website.

town of Residence, DOB, who I
am in a relationship with, my
family and the educational
institutions I have attended.
Most Facebook profiles contain
similar personal info – if not
more. Are we sharing too much?
