  2. 2. Geography of Ancient Egypt <ul><li>The Sahara Desert is in the red land which is a dry area. </li></ul><ul><li>The Nile River is in the black land. </li></ul><ul><li>The ancient Egypt revolved around the Nile river and the fertile land along its banks. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Jobs and classes of Ancient Egypt <ul><li>The poor people had to build mud bricks for homes and temples . </li></ul><ul><li>Middle class people where pottery makers, and scribes, and farmers. </li></ul><ul><li>High class people where priests, and pharaohs . </li></ul>
  4. 4. Writing and Technology <ul><li>The system of writing in Ancient Egypt is hieroglyphics which is written on papyrus. </li></ul><ul><li>They invented fishing poles, flutes, pipes, drum, rattles, and their own languages. </li></ul>
