(over 100,000) </li></ul><ul><li>This piece highlights the advantages of pre-tax investing, and shows two graphs depicting these advantages. </li></ul><ul><li>The Non-Participant Mailer also has a tear off card that the state employee can send to our Bureau for more information about the Plan. </li></ul>

National Save for Retirement Week Mailer <ul><li>This publication is sent out to all State Employees the week of October 18 th -24 th to promote “National Save for Retirement Week”. </li></ul><ul><li>This piece encourages employees to begin contributing early, and increase their contributions. It also highlights the managed accounts offered by Valic and Great West. </li></ul><ul><li>The National Save for Retirement Week Mailer also has a tear off card that the state employee can send to our Bureau for more information about the Plan. </li></ul>

  26. 26. 2009 Max-out Card <ul><li>The Max-out card is sent to all participants who are currently deferring the maximum annual contribution to the plan. </li></ul><ul><li>This piece has a chart which displays the monthly and bi-weekly contribution rates for the annual maximum contribution as well as both “catch-up” provisions. </li></ul><ul><li>This publication encourages participants to call the Bureau and max out their contributions. </li></ul>
