Vision and Goal 
• All the women’s participation in society-activities 
to promote the quality of their rights 
and the child well being. 
• All the female members of cooperative project 
run their own business and faming to make a 
different in their quality of life and 
community.
Objectives 
• Objective1: 
– The income generation of all members’ cooperative 
project are increased to contribute their livelihood 
effectively. 
• Objective2: 
– The family members of female groups strongly understand 
the importance of female roles and responsibilities to 
uplift the condition of household. 
• Objective3: 
– The female members of cooperative, other groups and 
Government staff have capacity to mobilize various 
resources (from different sectors) toward the sustainable 
development of community.
Key main activities 
• Capacity Building (Soft Skill and Life skill training) 
• Raising Awareness (Cultural motivation) 
• Loan and Market mobilization (Concept-Market 
process) 
• Monitoring and Evaluation process (Self- 
Assessment approach, Data analysis, Survey…) 
• Advocacy strategy (Press conference, Press 
release, Campaigns, Significant stories, 
• Networking (POs, Cos, PDs, Groups,…etc) 
• Technology momentum (social media and ITCs) 
• Policies in place

Innovation Plan: NGOF Cambodia

  • 1. The learning route workshop INNOVATION PLAN 06 to 13 December, 2014 Presented by Miss. Syna Chea Gender Mainstreaming Officer, NGOF on Cambodia
  • 2. Vision and Goal • All the women’s participation in society-activities to promote the quality of their rights and the child well being. • All the female members of cooperative project run their own business and faming to make a different in their quality of life and community.
  • 3. Objectives • Objective1: – The income generation of all members’ cooperative project are increased to contribute their livelihood effectively. • Objective2: – The family members of female groups strongly understand the importance of female roles and responsibilities to uplift the condition of household. • Objective3: – The female members of cooperative, other groups and Government staff have capacity to mobilize various resources (from different sectors) toward the sustainable development of community.
  • 4. Key main activities • Capacity Building (Soft Skill and Life skill training) • Raising Awareness (Cultural motivation) • Loan and Market mobilization (Concept-Market process) • Monitoring and Evaluation process (Self- Assessment approach, Data analysis, Survey…) • Advocacy strategy (Press conference, Press release, Campaigns, Significant stories, • Networking (POs, Cos, PDs, Groups,…etc) • Technology momentum (social media and ITCs) • Policies in place
