as “Mrs.”
Legitimate children can now also legally use their mother's last name.

The Magna Carta for Women defines discrimination against
women as any gender-based:
 Distinction - the act of perceiving someone as being not the same
and often treating as separate or different
 Exclusion - to prevent from participation, consideration or inclusion
 Restriction - a limitation on the use or enjoyment of property or a
facility
