  2. 2. Hydration<br />If you don’t hydrate you will feel very sluggish through out your event <br />
  3. 3. Eat healthy<br />If you don’t eat healthy you wont be at your best for the entire game<br />
  4. 4. Rest <br />If you don’t rest you will have no energy and will not perform well<br />
  5. 5. Warm up/Stretch <br />If you don’t warm up your muscles will be very stiff when you start playing and it will take you a while to properly warm up<br />
  6. 6. Mentally Preparation<br />You can mentally prepare by listening to music or thinking about the game in general. If you don’t do this, then you wont be into the game off the start<br />
  7. 7. Be on time<br />If you are not on time then you will not have time to do all the things that will help you prepare <br />
  8. 8. Positive attitude<br />You won’t perform if you always have a negative attitude<br />
  9. 9. Visually Preparing<br />Sometimes its not enough to mentally and physically prepare. If you don’t visually prepare you might not be fully prepared<br />
  10. 10. No parties before a Game<br />Partying before a game can make you tired and you will not have a good game<br />
  11. 11. No Alcohol or Drug consumption<br />Consuming drugs or alcohol before a game will cloud your judgment and affect your game in a bad way<br />
  12. 12. Why we chose this.<br />We chose this topic because we both play sports and we both know how to prepare for sports.<br />
