The Maryland Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges (MMATYC) held its winter meeting during a scheduled double session. President Lisa Feinman led the re-cap of MMATYC and AMATYC (American Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges) news and events for 2018, followed by 2019 business. Updates on the various committees and the upcoming MMATYC 2019 Spring Conference at Wor-Wic Community College were covered, as well. Notes pages within the PowerPoint contain the minutes for the meeting.

Anyone joining MMATYC at the AFACCT business meeting will be added to the 2019-20 membership list with membership expiring on 5/31/20.

President-Elect 2019 – 2020 (President 2020 – 2022) ▶Past-President Evan Evans shall chair the Nominating Committee ▶The President shall: o Be a member in good standing of MMATYC for the past year. o Serve a two-year term (1/2020 – 1/2022). o Serve on the MMATYC Executive Board. o Represent Maryland as a State Delegate at the annual AMATYC conferences (2019 – 2021).

Alternate Affiliate Delegate 2019 – 2021 ▶Past-President Evan Evans shall chair the Nominating Committee ▶The Alternate Affiliate Delegate shall: o Be a member in good standing of MMATYC for the past year. o Serve a two-year term (1/2019 – 1/2021). o Serve on the MMATYC Executive Board. o Represent Maryland as a State Delegate at the annual AMATYC conferences (2019 and 2020) if needed.
