If an emergency exist, or you need maintenance, press 1 now. Other greetings will include Office hours or any other information you wish for callers to hear. </li></ul><ul><li>Emergency calls will be answered by a professional agent who will answer your property name and compile information about the emergency to prioritize the call. The agent will then contact the on-call personnel or property manager to dispatch the call. If the call is not a life threatening emergency, the message will be qued and sent to the property on the next business day, by Email, Fax or Text message. </li></ul>
