    I am having great difficulties with your customer service and the computer algorithms ebay is using. Your algorithms are incorrectly identifying policy violations when no policy violation has occurred and suspending seller's accounts. You customer service team say they can not do anything about it. You run the risk of annoying a large number of sellers (and also buyers). Perhaps you should take an interest in this problem as it poses a significant risk for ebay, particularly if you are rating sellers on the basis of incorrect information and damaging their reputations as a result.
