  3. 3. Once you have unlocked your learning styleand discovered the best methods for helpingyou to learn through that style, you my besurprised to discover just how well you canflourish in the classroom, even in subjectsthat you previously found difficult.
  4. 4. But, What are Learning Styles?Basically, your learning style isthe method that best allowsyou to gather and useknowledge in a specificmanner.
  5. 5. Visual LearnersIndividuals who fall into this categorytypically learn through what they areable to see with their own eyes. Visuallearners are those students who jockeyfor thepositions at the front of the class, musthave front row theater seats and loveto be right up front for sporting eventsin order to obtain the best view.
  6. 6. Visual LearnersVisual learners have a tendency todescribe everything that they see interms ofappearances. These learners love visualaids such as photos, diagrams, mapsand graphs. Visual learners frequentlyare good writers and will commonlyperform quite well on writtenassignments.
  7. 7. Auditory LearnersAuditory learners are very goodlisteners. They tend to absorbinformation in a more efficient mannerthroughsounds, music, discussions, teachings, etc. These individuals will be more likelyto record lectures so that they canreplay them at a later time for studypurposes.
  8. 8. Auditory LearnersAppreciate books on tape and may findthat reading aloud will help them toretain information.Rather than written reports, auditorylearners tend to do better on oralpresentations and reports.
  9. 9. Kinesthetic LearnersKinesthetic learners are tactilelearning. This means that they learnbest through moving, doing, acting outand touching. Projects that are hands-on in nature are best for kinestheticlearners.
