Adobe is the only Girls Who Code partner that has 4 full-time female employees teaching coding classes this summer. WE HAVE TO GET CODING! By 2020, there will be 1.4 million jobs available in computing-related fields. Women are on track to fill just 3% U.S. graduates are on track to fill 29% of those jobs. Since 2014, Adobe has hosted 9 Summer Immersion Programs across 4 sites, allowing 180 high school girls to dive into coding. …AND WE ENABLE OUR EMPLOYEES TO GET INVOLVED, BECAUSE LEARNING PAYS OFF!
