1. Animal Testing Should Be Banned Or Not
Science and its miracles are amazing! Science is used to make medicines also. These medicines maybe
harmful or useful to humans. To be sure,some people came up with an idea of animal testing. This is
what it means-test any product in animals so that humans don't die and leave animals to die. However,
it has advantages to only one creature of ecosystem,i.e., humans. Yes,without their testing people would
be dying of simple illness and diseases but I think it is cruelty more then science. Now,the advantages
of animal testing are-
If it would have not been there,we,the humans would have died. Cancer, heart diseases,AIDS,these
diseases scare us by their name!If animal testing would have not been there,these diseases would have
killed the humans. So, it prevents the loss of human population. These are the advantages those can be
counted on fingers. Now moving towards its disadvantages.
The people around us whom we see maybe the merciless hunters or testers. This testing is a physical
abuse to animals which may affect the ecosystem. The animals do not have the ability to talk to us but
that does not mean that their life must be taken away. Most of the tests have caused the animals to loose
their ability of seeing or hearing. Some tests have even lead to their death! This testing may be a step
towards their extinction. The poachers are punished, then why not the scientists who test these animals?
The DNA and cell or tissues' samples are taken sometimes which makes their reproduction unsafe.
Surprisingly,about 75% of testing is for cosmetics,drugs and personal caring products! Animals are not
treated well and kept in a small cage. Small animals are provided only with a small shoe box which is
shared by around 8 other creatures. IMAGINE! How can someone live in such a small and
stinking place with 7 other creatures? It is cruelty! Big animals are held by metal bands or
locked in small cages with a hole cut from which animals' head could be trapped so that they
do not move around and be a hassle. IMAGINE! If you were those animals being poked,
tested and hurt, how would you feel? Those innocent animals have to put up their life on risk
whenever their masters, humans want them to and even if they have done nothing. It is a waste
of life. Don't you think that even the educated people like scientists agree to be cruel to animals
and they are wrong? Yes, they are. Don't you wish to stop this- the cruelty to animals? It is said
by saints-
What we do to others,
Comes back on us in this life,
Or the next one,
Because GOD is watching everything and everyone.
It has been a commonly debated topic for many years- Is it cruelty or science? About 1.4 million
animals die each year due to this. Yes, the number of dead humans would have been more. So, I
want to conclude by saying that it shan't be banned but must be done very carefully,by
imagining animals to be humans. The agreement of all scientists must be there before testing

2. any product on animals and if any ill effects are seen in animals' health, it should be provided
with proper treatment. I hope this action of ours, doesn't effects the ecosystem of our beloved
earth.
