--Geoffrey Robertson: a H.R. defense attorney or advocate
--He may work as Barrister: pleads cases in Courts.
--International Court of Justice- European Court of Justice.
--He starts with a “Missing person” case from Vietnam.
He says that the book is an attempt to explain WHY JUSTICE
MATTERS.
--He Works with the case method. Precedent Method.
--The book chronicles a SEA CHANGE in the attitudes of judges
--parly generational and partly through the influence of Human
Rights treaties.
The book argues for freedom of information and libel law
changes, for abolition of blasfemy, for proper inquiries into
