Time Management<br />Eliminate time stealers, and make a list.<br />Long conversations with co-workers<br />Spending too much time on e-mail<br />Social Networks (Facebook)- many people have smart phones that gives instant internet access, don’t fall into the trap of facebooking during the workday<br />Write down what you want to accomplish in your day<br />At the end of the day feel a since of accomplishment when these items are marked off<br />

Become Better Organized<br />Organize your work area!!!!<br />Use a calendar or PDA to help organize <br /> your day and keep track of appointments.<br />Prioritize tasks to be done and allow enough time to complete these.<br /> Throw away clutter that is not necessary. For example,<br /> junk mail, magazines, and newspapers.<br /><ul><li> Have a well organized workspace with computer and work area furniture in </li></ul> easy reach.<br />Use files to organize. File work that needs to be saved and create a pending file for items you are currently working on. <br />

Communicate With Others<br />Don’t let poor communication cause stress<br />Make sure you communicate with your boss and co-workers. <br /> Talk about problems that arise in the office.<br />Ask for help when you feel overwhelmed with a task.<br />Take advantage of brainstorming with others in the workplace.<br />Resolve any personal issues with people in the workplace<br /> to prevent stress at work.<br />

WOW, you will feel better<br /> By utilizing better time management skills, becoming more organized ,and applying good communication skills , you can get rid of bad stress in your life.<br /> Not all stress is bad, but you don’t need the bad unnecessary <br /> stress to hold you back from your full potential.<br />
