  4. 4. Site Finding November 25, 2011 Working closely with Barnet Council and the Metropolitan Police we acquired this site for George Wimpey with the Affordable delivered by Family Mosaic. We acquired this former bakery for Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association on a subject to planning basis for 34 apartments. We acquired two TA sites for Bellway Homes, one in East Ham for 70 units and the other in Hounslow for 85 units.
  5. 5. Developing Social Housing We have worked for a number of RP’s to provide social housing. We either introduce sites and deals to them or act directly for them in building their development programme. We have built a long standing relationship with many including:

Consulting – S106 legal Agreements November 25, 2011 Tufnell Park - Islington Reduced 50% to 0% affordable housing on appeal Archway – Islington We renegotiated an old S106 to make this viable and increase the developers profit on this landmark development in. Croydon – Successfully reduced affordable housing planning obligation for private developer. Enfield – we recently saved our client over £50,000 by negotiating the S106 on their behalf.
