Admission Procedures
Application Deadlines
Students are advised to enroll courses before first week of the semester ends.
Admissibility
Admissibility will depend on seat availability and fulfilling admission requirements.
1- Students must pass with satisfying score of one of the languages used as a
medium of instruction.
2- Students must be at least fifteen years old.
3- Student must be in good health and fit to study.
Admission Requirements (Resident and Non-Resident):
1- Completed application form.
2- Application fee of $ 100.00 non-refundable.
3- Two recent passport sized photos.
4- Valid legal document with your picture (state id, driver license, passport etc).
5- High school students are required to get parental consent form signed by
parent/guardian if younger than eighteen years old.
6- Graduated from accredited high school or GED program with transcript showing
minimum of 2.0 GPA or equivalent score or credentials.
7- Graduated from recognized or accredited post secondary institution with official
transcripts showing minimum of 2.0 GPA or equivalent score or credentials.
8- Students must be at least intermediate of Arabic/English level before they can
take degree program coursework.
9- Student may satisfy required criteria related to the students with legitimate
exceptions for fast-track degree completion option.
10-Letter of Intent in English or Arabic (half a page minimum and one page
maximum).

2. Tuition and Fees
Currently AIU waived the tuition fee for the fall semester. Only we are
charging the admission fee. See the chart below.

Transfer Students
Credit Transferability
1- Transfer students shall follow same procedure unless otherwise academic
adviser suggests student will qualify one of the assessment types.
2- Transfer students’ level assignment will depend on their individualized criteria
and being fit in one or more of below criterias.
Assessment Types
Credit for assessments: Students may get credits for successfully completing the
assessments chosen. The number of the credits that will transfer will depend on the
dean’s permission.

Competence Based Assessment
Advanced Standing Examinations
Credit for Experiential Learning
3. Application pack checklist
Completed and signed application form.
Completed and signed parental consent form (17 years and younger).
Include application fee of $ 100.00 non-refundable fee of one time.
Refer any other additional requirements to the admission requirement list.
