ACTIVEHELPER<br />LIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM<br />This quick start will help you get started with ActiveHelperLiveHelp and will walk you through a six simple steps.<br />Step 1 – Install the Plugin<br />Download the ActiveHelperLiveHelp Server plugin zip file, extract it and upload the extracted folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ folder.<br />Sign in on the WordPress admin area and go to the plugins view and activate <br />the new plugin name ActiveHelperLiveHelp Server by clicking in the option activate.<br />

ACTIVEHELPER<br />LIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM<br />Step 4 – Deploy the Tracking widget<br />If the domain name is the same that you server you can install by clicking in the option "configure widget" <br />If you need to configure in a WordPresson a different domain you can download the widget to install in the other WordPress.<br />To install in a non WordPress domain you can use the option “Generate Script” <br />and then deploy the javascript tracking code.<br />

ACTIVEHELPER<br />LIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM<br />Step 5 – Get the agent login info<br />Go to manage agents and click in the option “client info” to get the agent login info.<br />Start the Support Panel<br />Start to Support Panel Console and try sign in with the agent info.<br />Copy the connection info from the client info option to the Support Panel Console.<br />
