  7. 7. start with your existing connections then branch out to establish new ones
  8. 8. pass on helpful resources provide encouragement offer advice pay it forward when you’re stuck in the reeds, your PLN will guide the way
  9. 9. engage with your PLN through conversation
  10. 10. Tuning and Feeding tune your PLN according to interests feed your PLN a mixture of contributions Rheingold, 2009

  12. 12. Informing a sense of professional identity Learn about... yourself & the mark you may make on the profession
