Technology plays a key role. There is no “finish line” or “small scale pilot” for predictive workforce intelligence. But done correctly and scaled across the organization, predictive intelligence is the first step to creating a workforce that can shape itself to a changing world.

Despite a sharp increase in the number of robots used in 2016, the company has kept the same rate of hiring new employees, increasing employment by 50% with plans to add an additional 100,000 new employees as well.
