Consumer Mobile and fixed-line connectivity services growth continues to be challenged. B2B segment has also seen muted connectivity growth relative to digital services Meanwhile operational costs continue to remain high and impending 5G capex will further complicate the situation. Making the Telco lean & intelligent with a move towards Connectivity Optimizer. This implies optimizing the front office, with a digital-First approach and making the back office efficient with automation, elastic workforce and optimized processes. These will be supported by an Intelligent Network and Open and Decoupled Platform infrastructure. An intelligent and lean telco is powered by new technologies and supported by new ways of working.
