ATSICHS Brisbane is one of the oldest and largest
Indigenous community organisations, delivering
quality and appropriate health and social support
services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait
Islander people of Australia.
Challenged to replace its aging IT infrastructure,
nascent governance and reactive service
management, it needed to create a modern digital
roadmap that would lead it forward in delivering key
priorities in health and community service.

change, guiding internal employees in deciding the best
direction for their teams and the overall organisation.
• We challenged the status quo by breaking down barriers
and helping the organisation move away from traditional
methods to design-led, client-centric strategies.

03 • We held workshops with key initiative owners to ensure
buy-in to make continuous improvements to the initiatives and
exceed expectations. Client inputs were used at every stage

Challenged to replace its aging IT infrastructure, nascent governance and reactive service management, it needed to create a modern digital roadmap that would lead it forward in delivering key priorities in health and community service.
