All rights reserved. 2 ATSICHS Brisbane is one of the oldest and largest Indigenous community organisations, delivering quality and appropriate health and social support services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of Australia. Challenged to replace its aging IT infrastructure, nascent governance and reactive service management, it needed to create a modern digital roadmap that would lead it forward in delivering key priorities in health and community service.

All rights reserved. 6 02 • We held design thinking workshops to drive internal change, guiding internal employees in deciding the best direction for their teams and the overall organisation. • We challenged the status quo by breaking down barriers and helping the organisation move away from traditional methods to design-led, client-centric strategies.

Client inputs were used at every stage of the project to ensure deliverables exceeded desired outcomes. • The solution and processes were simplified to promote acceptance within the organisation.
