  5. 5. Actions – Additional (Vs) Dynamic Actions Actions(0000) are the Business processes used to perform complex business tasks. Table:T529A Ex:Hire,Termination,Rehire,GE etc…. The Additional Actions infotype (0302) enables the automatic logging of all personnel actions types that you carry out for an employee on a key date. Note that in the Actions infoytype (0000), only one personnel action type is saved per day. In this infotype, you only store the personnel action types that change the status of the employee, such as the personnel action type Leaving. EX: change in Pay Dynamic Actions are used to default infoptypes based on certain conditions. Ex: if you change IT0002 field marital status automatically next screen will leads to family members data(IT0021)

Personnel Structure <ul><li>Employee group ( The employee group allows you to divide your employees into groups and allows you to define their relationship to the enterprise. ) </li></ul><ul><li>Employee Sub Group ( The employee subgroup represents a subdivision of the employee group. When you define employee subgroups ) </li></ul><ul><li>Payroll Area ( The payroll area fulfills two functions that are necessary for payroll: </li></ul><ul><li>It groups together personnel numbers that are to be processed on the same date. </li></ul><ul><li>It determines the exact payroll period) </li></ul><ul><li>Organizational Key ( The organizational key improves the enterprise structure and the personnel structure. You can use an organizational key to carry out a further organizational assignment for employees. The elements company code, personnel area and personnel subarea from the company structure, help to make up the organizational key. The organizational key is a part of the authorization check) </li></ul>

The Basic Pay in infotype 0008 is derived from the pay scale type. By using the internal key, you can assign a fixed internal mean for evaluations to optional pay scale types) </li></ul><ul><li>Payscale Area ( you set up different collective agreement areas (pay scale areas for short) in accordance with the collective agreement in your enterprise) </li></ul><ul><li>Payscale Group ( represent the collective agreement governing payment of your employees in the SAP system. wage types in the Basic Pay infotype (0008) which should be valuated indirectly using the pay scale groups/levels) </li></ul><ul><li>Payscale Level </li></ul>Payscale Structure
