  3. 3. The Caring Mother Julie Mathew (35 y.o) About Julie: Julie is a working mother with 2 children, balancing her job and personal life. She often maintains a shopping list and visits the store on a monthly basis. She searches for the right store considering the cost and at the same time not compromising on the quality. “ ” I wish to spend more time with my children and less time for shopping. How she measures: Mobile friendly Frequent shopper Cost sensitive Social Travel/Explore Pain Points: • Time consumption due to long queues and searching for the products within the store. • Reviews of the products. • Unaware of the discounts and coupons.

He has an smart phone and uses it to explore his new locality and explore new places. He is not a frequent shopper but one who visits the store when in need. How he measures: Mobile friendly Frequent shopper Cost sensitive Social Travel/Explore Pain Points: • Locating a store where he is located. • Time consumption in searching for the products within the store. • Gathering contact information of the store.

She has a big network of friends to hang out with. She is not a frequent shopper but lives by her own and manages her grocery. How she measures: Mobile friendly Frequent shopper Cost sensitive Social Travel/Explore Pain Points: • Quality of the products. • Unaware of the discounts and coupons. • Searching for rare products and new stores near her locality. • Locating the products in the store.

  15. 15. Home screen Design based on the theme of a consumer magazine with use of bright colored icons and intuitive user interface. Rounded icons inline with Aditi branding in the logo to have the same feel. A compact map showing the users current location beside the Near By Stores button. Tapping on the center buttons will highlight the section.
  16. 16. Stores Users can search for Stores by tapping ‘Near By Stores’ button or ‘Find Stores’ Stores are displayed both in map view and list view. Users can switch between views and explore different stores available near their location or search for stores using the zip/location code.
  17. 17. Stores / Details Store details can be viewed by tapping on the store. Users are prompted options to view details of the store, navigate to the store, Call the store using the phone number. Tapping on ‘More Details’ icon will take them to the Store details page. Users can tap ‘Products’ to search/locate products in that store.
  18. 18. Shopping Products screen displays the products with the cost and product image. Users are tap on a product to view options. Tapping on the ‘Details’ icon will open the Product Details page from where users can Add the product to their cart/list.
  19. 19. Shopping Users can locate the product within the store using the Beacon feature A demo is available in the app to familiarize users on this new feature.
  20. 20. Shopping Users can visit the ‘My List’ section to view all items available in his cart. Once the user is done they can generate a QR code with the list of items they wish to purchase. The QR code generated can be scanned at the counter for payment.
