The accessibility is depend on the speed of the internet and I think it need high speed internet because most of video conferencing system are very high quality casting and that may require high speed internet. This video conferencing system is flexible for any target group. Tutors and learners can make different group and going different sharing and participating group’s collaboration software. 2. Costs This video conferencing software does not cost the learner to join to the website but on the other hand there are some equipment and material that require from the learner to pay for it. So, this technology compared is appropriate for the learner especially in education because generally it does not cost that much of money only the hardware things required for videoing and casting.
