2. Size Measurement
• Width - is acquired by measuring a laptop’s frame from its left
side to its right.
• Depth - is perpendicular to width , measuring a laptop from its
front end all the way to its rear hinges
*Take note that any additional bulk beyond those hinges (like, say, an oversized battery) is not taken
into account.
• Height (or thickness) - is measured from the top of the laptop
to the bottom. Their laptops’ thickest height measurement.
3. Weight Measurement
• While size factors a great deal, it’s a laptop’s weight that actually
impacts its portability the most
• The lighter a laptop is, the better it must be. Then again, smaller
laptops tend to have diminished functionalities compared to their
bigger brothers, so you must also consider what type of programs
you use.
