  3. 3.  Today,Pakistan is faced with several challenges; electricity crisis being a primary concern. More than 18 hours outage.

  5. 5.  Electricitycrises badly effect education Great effect on industries Effect on economy Effect on agriculture Unemployment increased
  6. 6.  First of all government should remove corruption, inefficiency and mismanagement from WAPDA The government should build up a stringent framework to purchase cheap electricity from China and Iran. KESC, LESCO and PEPCO’s performance should be regularly monitored by the government to eliminate any loopholes in its effective functioning. Power should be generated from solar energy, nuclear energy, wind turbines and water turbines.
  7. 7.  Pakistan has the resources to meet its growing energy requirements. The challenge lies in making these options commercially, economically and politically feasible.
