For last 3 years the overhead cost for the organization is sky-high that led to unparalleled operational cost in the industry that is shooting beyond 75% which is unacceptable by industry standard! I. BUSINESS CASE , CHALLENGES AND GOALS II. PURSULLENCE SOLUTION Pilot Prioritization During primary series of discussions with senior management, real pain area and their angle of pain area assessment is done. Based on the consent of Sr. Management & Accounts Diagnosis across key performance indicators and VOC, pilot account prioritization is done. Snellire Diagnostics & Analytics For next couple of weeks, PBS team did an "Account Walk Over" to get the 'feel' of account. Team will deploy Snellire Diagnostics based on the collected data by deploying advanced value descriptive analytics (AVDA) across defined SLAs and forecasted GAPs for potential performance efficiency enhancement opportunities. Team PBS further deployed advanced DE2S technology for value optimization by analyzing micro level value release "left outs" opportunities. Lever Establishments Based on Snellire Advanced Diagnostics, customized set of performance levers are developed and benefits computation for each lever is screened for the chosen account. Based on this assessment, probable areas with high ROI potentials are extracted. These details are reported to Client for further approval. Solution Refinement With client's approval, PBS team defined and designed framework/methodology for solutioning each relevant lever. (Solution Refinement).
