Professional Experience
Summer School Director
- Responsible for hiring and monitoring work quality of all summer school teachers for both Middle and
Upper School programs (25 teachers; 2 interns; approximately 200 students)
- Created new course offerings with substantial student enrollment at first offering
- Implemented new assessment procedure and psychoeducational screening battery to monitor
conditional admissions, establish baseline performance of newly admitted students, and facilitate
tailoring of subsequent classroom work
- Collaboration with multiple school entities including Business Office, Information Technology, Middle
School Administration, Upper School Administration, Admissions, and Marketing and Communications
to create, coordinate and manage a successful program
- Worked with Senior Systems and Westminster staff to program IT infrastructure for course creation,
