INTRODUCTION <br /> DIGITAL TWIN SPARK IGNITION TECHNOLOGY IS A BRAND NEW AUTOMOBLE ENGINE TECHNOLOGY THAT GIVES A BRILLIENT COMBINATION OF POWER AND MILEAGE TOGETHER .<br /> IN DTS-I SYSTEM WITH SWIRLE INDUCTION THE RATE OF IGNITION OF FUEL IS INCREASED THE IGNITION TIMING IS BETTER CONTROL AND FUEL IS IGNITED AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, OVER ALL IT INCREASES THE TOTAL THERMAL EFFICIENCY OF THE ENGINE.<br />
  5. 5. PRINCIPAL OF DTS-I SYSTEM <br />IN DIGITAL TWIN SPARK IGNITION SYSTEM TWO SPARK PLUGS <br />ARE USED, CONTROLLED DIGITALLY ; BY A MICRO PROCESSOR.<br />THESE SPARK PLUGS IGNITE THE FUEL MORE EFFICIENTELY AT <br />THE AND OF COMPRESSION STROKE . <br />
  6. 6. CONSTRUCTION AND WORKING OF DTS-I SYSTEM <br />MICROPROCESSOR<br />A MICRO PROCESSOR CONTINUOSLY SENSES SPEED AND LOAD OF THE ENGINE AND RESPOND BY ALTERING THE IGNITION TIMING THEREBY OPTIMIZING POWER AND FUEL ECONOMY .<br />
  7. 7. TWIN SPARK PLUGS<br />TWO SPARK PLUGS ARE USED INSTEAD OF ONE ENABLES FAST AND EFFICIENT COMBUSTION LEADING TO BETTER FUEL EFFICIENCY AND HIGHER POWER AS COMPARED TO CONVECTIONAL ENGINES. BECAUSE THE IGNITION RATE IS DOUBLE; THE POWER IS GENERATED MUCH FASTER AND AFTER COMBUSTION PRODUCT AND GASES EXPANDS MORE FASTER WHICH IN TURNS PUSH THE PISTON MORE POWERFULLY AND WE GET BETTER PICKUP AND BECAUSE APPROXIMATELY ALL THE FUEL BEING IGNITED AT ONCE WE GET BETTER FUEL EFFICIENCY AS WELL. <br />
