Overview: SubAID is a mobile solution that engages and supports patients and caregivers during Opioid Substitution Therapy (OST). It promotes adherent behavior and provides timely assessment of adherence.

SubAid is a first generation medication management mobile solution. It provides support features for the patient that promote adherent behaviors including medication reminders, self-assessments, link to social networking, therapy information and positive encouragement.

For the clinician/caregiver, the mobile solution offers an objective assessment of adherence, access to adherence data for supplementing treatment decisions and identification of noncompliance events.

  3. 3. ONE-TIME USER REGISTRATION o Username is provided by Care Team Solutions to the user. o Password is provided by Care Team Solutions to the user. o Press Submit to proceed to next screen Version 1.1 Date: 01/28/2014
  4. 4. CREATE YOUR PIN o Create 4 digit unique PIN o Confirm 4 digit PIN in box below o Make sure this is a 4 digit number that you will easily remember and keep secure. o Press Submit to proceed to next screen

LOG IN AFTER TIMEOUT or LOGOFF o Following one-time account setup, user is prompted to enter 4 digit PIN code to access the app. o App automatically closes following period of inactivity and user is prompted to enter PIN to regain access. o Press Confirm Code to proceed to the main menu or to the last accessed screen (timeout). o The logout button logs the user out Version 1.1 Date: 01/28/2014

MEDICATION INFORMATION o User is provided a list of medications currently being taken o User may select each to learn more about the medication including how to take it properly. o Information o o regarding the medication color, size and shape is displayed. User may choose to learn more about the medication by reading. User may view video instructions that clearly display how to take the medication.

  12. 12. MEDICATION LOG o Displays a user’s event log. o Display can be filtered to reveal ALL, TAKEN or MISSED events. o User can scroll through a chronological list of events over the prior 30 days.
  13. 13. HELPFUL TIPS o Displays a daily helpful tip to better manage bup/nal medication as suggested by current users. o Displays a daily inspirational quote unrelated to medication. Version 1.1 Date: 01/28/2014
  14. 14. YOUR FEEDBACK o Assessments will appear every other day for the user to respond to. o Users receive a push notification to alert them there is one available to be answered. o Users receive confirmation the response was received.
