‫ﻧﻈﺮﺍ ﻟﻤﺎ ﻳﺸﻜﻠﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻴﺰ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﻗﻲ ) ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻟﺐ ﻟﻠﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ( ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺰﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺬﻫﺒﻲ ) ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻋﺚ ﻟﻠﺘﻄﺮﻑ ( ﻣﻦ ﻣﺨﺎﻃﺮ ﺗﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻣﻦ ﻭ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻢ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻟﻴﻴﻦ ) ﻭﺗﺜﻴﺮ ﻧﺰﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﺍﻭﺓ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺍﻫﻴﺔ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏ ﻭ ﺍﻷﻣﻢ ( ﻛﺄﺣﺪ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﺍﻟﻌﻮﺍﻣﻞ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻟﺒﺔ ﻟﻠﺼﺮﺍﻉ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ )‬
                                                                            ‫ﻣﻬﻤﺎ ﺗﻨﻮﻋﺖ ﺩﻋﺎﻭﻳﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻠﻮﻧﺖ ﺣﺠﺠﻪ ( .‬

                                                                                  ‫ﻓﺎﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﺗﻨﻘﺴﻢ ﺇﻻ ﻗﺴﻤﻴﻦ ﺭﺋﻴﺴﻴﻴﻦ :‬
                                                                                                  ‫ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﻕ‬
                                                                                                 ‫ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺲ‬

   ‫ﻟﺬﺍ ﻓﺈﻥ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﻳﺤﻤﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻃﻴﺎﺗﻪ ﺃﺑﻌﺎﺩ ﺛﻘﺎﻓﻲ ﻟﻬﺎ ﺍﺭﺗﺒﺎﻁ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﺴﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ , ﻣﺎ ﻳﺘﻄﻠﺐ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻌﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ‬
     ‫ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﻟﻌﻤﻖ ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺑﻬﺎ ﻭ ﻣﺆﺛﺮﺗﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺧﺘﻼﻑ ﺑﻴﺌﺘﻬﺎ . ﺑﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺩﻗﻴﻖ ﻳﺴﺘﺤﻀﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺨﻠﻔﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺛﺮ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻴﺔ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮ‬
    ‫ﺑﺒﻌﺪﻫﺎ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻼﺕ . ﻣﺎ ﻳﺪﻓﻊ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺣﺜﻴﻦ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺘﻤﻴﻦ ﻟﻄﺮﺡ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﻋﻠﺔ ) ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻲ ﻭ‬
                               ‫ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺮﻳﻌﻲ . ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻧﺮﻯ ﻣﻦ ﻭﺟﻬﺔ ﻧﻈﺮﻧﺎ ﺃﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﺪﻭﺭ ﺣﻮﻝ ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺤﺎﻭﺭ ﺭﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ :‬

                         ‫ﻣﻨﺎﻫﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ ) ﺑﺒﻌﺪﻫﺎ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﻋﻮﻱ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻮﻛﻴﺔ ( .‬   ‫•‬
                         ‫ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺼﺐ ﻟﻠﻤﻮﺭﻭﺙ ) ﺑﻤﺆﺛﺮﺍﺗﻪ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻨﻴﺔ ﻭ ﻋﻼﻗﺎﺗﻪ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ( ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻮﻧﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﺎﻟﻴﺪ .‬    ‫•‬
   ‫ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺮﻳﻌﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻣﻴﺔ ) ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺴﺎﻭﺍﺓ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻷﺟﻨﺎﺱ ﻭ ﺍﻷﻋﺮﺍﻕ ﻭﺗﺠﺮﻳﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﺑﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺃﺷﻜﺎﻟﻬﺎ ( ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻌﺪ‬        ‫•‬
                                                                               ‫ﺟﺰء ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻔﺮﺩ .‬

     ‫ﻭﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺎﻭﺭ ﺗﺪﺧﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺻﻠﺐ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﺍﻙ ﺍﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻲ ) ﺑﺒﻌﺪﻩ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺑﻮﻱ ﻭﺍﻧﻌﻜﺎﺳﻪ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻭ ﻣﺆﺛﺮﺍﺗﻪ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻨﻴﺔ ( ﻱ ﺗﺤﺘﺎﺝ ﺇﻟﻰ‬
               ‫ﺍﻟﺖ‬
              ‫ﻣﺮﺍﺟﻌﺔ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﻢ ﺃﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﻟﻪ ﺍﺭﺗﺒﺎﻃﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺮﻳﻌﻲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻨﻌﻜﺲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻻﻟﺘﺰﺍﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﺩﺑﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ .‬

‫ﻓﺎﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻼﺕ ) ﻗﻴﻤﺔ ﻭ ﻗﻴﻢ ( ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﻨﻲ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻢ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻼﺕ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻄﺔ ﺍﺭﺗﺒﺎﻁ ﺗﻠﻘﺎﺋﻲ ﻭ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮ‬
‫ﺑﻨﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕ . ﻓﺈﺫﺍ ﻗﻞ ﺍﻻﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﻟﻠﻘﻴﻤﺔ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕ , ﺿﻌﻔﺖ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻢ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻼﺕ )‬
‫ﻛﻨﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﻃﺮﺩﻳﺔ ﻭ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﻣﺘﻼﺯﻣﺔ ( ﻻ ﺗﺤﻴﺪ ﻋﻦ ﻣﻀﻤﻮﻧﻬﺎ ﻭﻻ ﺗﻨﻔﻚ ﻋﻦ ﻣﻘﺘﻀﺎﻫﺎ .." ﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﺃﺩﺏ .." ﺇﺫﺍ ﺍﻧﺘﻘﺺ ) ﻗﻠﺖ‬
‫( ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ ﻭ ) ﺍﺧﺘﻠﺖ ( ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻢ .." ﻭﻫﻨﺎ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﻳﺔ ﺃﺩﺏ ﻭ ﺍﻷﺩﺏ ﺣﺮﻳﺔ ) ﻣﺤﺼﻠﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻮﻋﻲ ﺍﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻲ ( ﻓﻜﻠﻤﺎ ﺍﺭﺗﻘﻰ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﻮﻋﻲ‬
                                                               ‫, ﺍﺭﺗﻔﻊ ﻣﻌﻪ ﺳﻘﻒ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﻳﺔ ) ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻜﺲ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﺻﺤﻴﺢ ( .‬

‫ﻓﺒﻌﺪ ﺃﻥ ﻋﺎﻧﺖ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺻﺮﺍﻋﺎﺕ ﻣﺄﺳﺎﻭﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﺍﻟﺤﻀﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ , ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻣﺮﺕ ﺑﻤﻨﻌﺮﺟﺎﺕ ﺳﺎﺩ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺼﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﻗﻲ‬
‫ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺪﺩ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻨﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻔﺴﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻘﻲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺃﺛﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﺘﻦ ﻭﻓﺘﻚ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﺷﺮ ﺑﻠﻴﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺘﻞ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺪﻣﺎﺭ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﻣﺎﻥ .." ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻭﻓﻘﺖ ﺍﻷﻣﻢ ﻭ‬
              ‫ﺍﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺤﻀﺮﺓ ﻟﺒﻨﺎء ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ ﺟﺪﻳﺪﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﻀﺞ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﺑﺈﻗﺮﺍﺭ .." ﻣﻴﺜﺎﻕ ﺍﻷﻣﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺤﺪﺓ ﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ .‬

‫ﻓﺈﻧﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻡ ﺗﻌﻴﺶ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ ﺑﺤﺚ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﻋﻦ ﺣﻘﻴﻘﺔ ﻭﺟﻮﺩﻫﺎ ﻭﺳﺮ ﺑﻘﺎﺋﻬﺎ , ﻭ ﺑﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﺎﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﻴﺮﻱ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺮﻙ ﺍﻟﻌﻮﻟﻤﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻜﺮ‬
‫ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻔﺘﺢ ﺑﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﺎﻓﺲ ) ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﻲ ( ﻓﺎﻟﺤﻘﻴﻘﺔ ﻭﺍﺣﺪﺓ ﺇﻻ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻹﺷﻜﺎﻝ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺨﻼﻑ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﺎﻓﺲ ﻳﺪﻭﺭ ﺭﺣﺎﻩ ﺣﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻴﻘﻴﻦ )‬
                                                                           ‫ﻣﺎ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻓﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺭﻭﺙ ﻭ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﺴﺐ ( .‬

‫ﻭﻫﻨﺎ ﺗﺘﺄﻛﺪ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﺃﺯﻟﻴﺔ ﺃﻥ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﺡ ﺍﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻲ ﻗﻀﺎﻳﺎ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺒﻌﺪ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺷﺮ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺠﺎﻧﺐ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻮﻙ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ‬

‫) ﻻ ﺗﻘﺒﻞ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺽ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻀﻐﻂ ( ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺄﻧﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻔﺎﻗﻢ ﺍﻷﻣﻮﺭ ﻭ ﻳﺆﺟﺞ ﺍﻟﺼﺮﺍﻉ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ) ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﻻ ﻳﺨﺪﻡ ﺃﺣﺪﺍ ( ﺑﻘﺪﺭ‬
‫ﻣﺎ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺤﻮﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺎﻫﻢ ﺍﻷﺩﺑﻲ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺪﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻲ ﻟﻬﺎ . ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺗﻂﺭﺡ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻭﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺒﺎﻳﻨﺔ ﻭ ﺗﻨﺎﻗﺶ‬
   ‫ﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﻘﻀﺎﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﺨﻼﻓﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻮ ﻳﺴﻮﺩﻩ ﺍﻻﺣﺘﺮﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺒﺎﺩﻝ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺰﻳﻞ ﺍﻟﻠﺒﺲ ﻭ ﻳﺨﻔﻒ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺎﺫﻳﺮ ﻭ ﻳﺒﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺎﻭﻑ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺸﻜﻮﻙ , ﺍﻟﺘﻲ‬
‫ﺗﺴﻮﻗﻬﺎ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻔﺰﺍﺯﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻜﺮﺭﺓ ﻫﻨﺎ ﻭﻫﻨﺎﻙ ؟ ﺑﻬﺪﻑ ﺗﺸﻮﻳﻪ ﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﺑﻌﻴﻨﻬﺎ ! ) ﻓﻴﻜﻮﻥ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻋﻘﺒﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻁﺭﻳﻖ ﺃﻱ ﺗﺤﺮﻙ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ‬
                                                       ‫ﺃﻭ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻟﻠﻨﻤﻮ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﺎﺭﺏ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻷﻣﻢ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏ ( .‬

‫ﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻘﺪﻡ ﻟﻢ ﺗﻜﺘﻤﻞ ﻟﺪﻳﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻈﻮﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻠﻮﻡ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺇﻻ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻓﺘﺮﺓ ﻃﻮﻳﻠﺔ ﻭ ﻣﺨﺎﺽ ﻋﺴﻴﺮ ﻭ ﻣﻮﺍﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺩﺍﻣﻴﺔ‬
‫ﺍﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻧﻴﺔ ﺑﻨﻈﻤﻬﺎ ﻭﺗﺸﺮﻳﻌﺎﺗﻬﺎ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻌﺪ ﻣﻦ‬   ‫؟ ﻟﻴﺼﺤﺢ ﻣﺴﺎﺭﻩ ) ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻲ ( ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻧﻘﻠﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﺍﺛﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺤﻲ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺍﺭﺱ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ ) ﺇﻻ ﺃﻧﻬﺎ ﻟﻴﺴﺖ ﺁﺧﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﺎﻑ ﺇﺫ ﺗﺤﺘﺎﺝ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﺘﺮﺓ ﻭ ﺍﻷﺧﺮﻯ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺗﻘﻴﻴﻢ ﻟﺘﻔﺎﺻﻴﻞ ﻧﺘﺎﺋﺠﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻣﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺇﺟﺮﺍءﺍﺗﻬﺎ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺠﺰﺍﺋﻴﺔ ﻭﺃﺣﻜﺎﻣﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻘﻀﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻭﻣﺪﻯ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ . ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﺑﻤﺮﺍﺟﻌﺔ ﻣﺎ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺮﺗﺪ ﺇﻟﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺁﺛﺎﺭ ﺳﻠﺒﻴﺔ ﺗﺤﺘﺎﺝ ﺇﻟﻰ‬
‫ﻣﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ ﺟﺬﺭﻳﺔ , ﺗﺘﻄﻠﺐ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺩﻗﻴﻖ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻟﻪ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎﻻﺕ .." ﻭ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻳﻌﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻫﻢ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺘﻤﻴﺰ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﻢ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻳﺜﺔ‬
                                                               ‫ﻛﻮﻧﻬﺎ ﻗﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ ﻧﻔﺴﻬﺎ ﻭﺗﺠﺎﻭﺯ ﺃﺯﻣﺎﺗﻬﺎ ﺑﺸﻔﺎﻓﻴﺔ ( .‬

‫ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ ) ﺑﺎﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻧﻲ – ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺸﺌﻮﻥ ﺍﻷﺳﺮﺓ ( ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺤﺘﺎﺝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﺍﻡ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺮﺍﺟﻌﺔ ﻭ ﻣﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻹﺟﺮﺍﺋﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻘﻀﺎﺋﻴﺔ . ﺇﺫ ﻧﻼﺣﻆ ﻭ ﻳﻼﺣﻆ ﻏﻴﺮﻧﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﻗﺒﻴﻦ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺘﻤﻴﻦ ﺑﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻮﺭﻱ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻷﻣﻢ ﻭ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏ ) ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺘﻮﻗﻒ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﺪﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ( ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻧﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻳﺚ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻖ ) ﺑﺸﺌﻮﻥ ﺍﻷﺳﺮﺓ ( ﻗﺪ ﺃﺧﺬ ﻣﺴﻠﻚ ﻣﺘﺸﺪﺩ ﻳﻬﺪﺩ‬
‫ﺍﺳﺘﻘﺮﺍﺭ ﺍﻷﺳﺮﺓ ﻭ ﻳﻀﻴﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻓﺮﺹ ﻧﻤﺎﺋﻬﺎ ﻭ ﺍﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍﺭﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺴﺒﺒﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺰﻭﻑ ﺍﻟﺸﺒﺎﺏ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺍﺝ ؟! ﺑﻌﺪ ﺃﻥ‬
‫ﺟﺮﺩ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺝ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻪ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺃﺳﺮﺗﻪ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻮﻓﺎء ﺑﻤﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺎﺗﻪ ﺗﺠﺎﻫﻬﺎ . ﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺗﻜﺎﺩ ﺗﺤﻮﻟﻪ ﻭﻛﺄﻧﻪ ﺇﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻏﺮﻳﺐ‬
‫ﻋﻦ ﺗﻪ ) ﺑﻞ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺼﻞ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻝ ﺇﻻ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺘﺪﺧﻞ ﺍﻵﺧﺮﻭﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺃﺑﺴﻂ ﺷﺌﻮﻧﻪ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺋﻠﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻪ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻻ ﺿﺮﺭ‬   ‫ﺑﻲ‬
‫ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ .." ﺣﺴﻴﺎ ﺍﻭ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﻳﺎ ﺍﻭ ﻋﻀﻮﻳﺎ ( ﺣﺘﻰ ﻭﺻﻞ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻝ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺗﺘﺒﻌﻪ ﻷﻫﻞ ﺑﻴﺘﻪ ﻭﻛﺄﻧﻪ ﻳﺘﺠﺴﺲ‬

‫ﺗﻀﺤﻴﺔ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﻟﺰﻭﺟﻴﻦ ﻳﻮﺻﻠﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻧﻲ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻮﺿﻊ ﺍﻟﻘﺘﺎﻟﻲ ..!! ﻓﻤﻦ ﺳﻴﻘﺪﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺍﺝ ﻓﻲ ﻇﻞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻻﻧﺤﺮﺍﻑ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺮﻳﻌﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﻴﻒ ..؟ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻳﺤﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻨﺎﻗﻀﺎﺕ ﺻﺎﺭﺧﺔ ﻭ ﺍﺯﺩﻭﺍﺟﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﺿﺤﺔ ) ﺇﺫ ﻛﻴﻒ ﻳﻌﻘﻞ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻠﺰﻭﺝ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﺔ ﺃﻥ‬
‫ﻳﻄﻠﻊ ﺃﺣﺪﻫﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻵﺧﺮ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻴﺎﺗﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ .." ﻭﻟﻮ ﻭﻗﻌﺖ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﺔ ) ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺒﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺜﺎﻝ ( ﻓﻲ ﺧﻄﺎء ﻟﺴﺆﻝ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺝ ﻋﻦ‬
‫ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺎﺗﻪ ﺗﺠﺎﻫﻬﺎ ..؟ ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻗﺪ ﺗﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺝ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻢ ﺍﺭﺳﺎﺕ ﺗﺨﻞ ﺑﺴﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻷﺳﺮﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ‬
‫ﺗﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺣﺪﻫﻤﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ , ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﺪ ﺗﺠﺎﻭﺯ ﻟﻤﺎ ﻗﺪ ﻳﻜﻮﻧﺎ ﺍﺗﻔﻘﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ! ﻓﺎﻷﻣﺮ ﻳﺸﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺇﺫ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻖ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﺔ‬
‫ﺃﻥ ﺗﻌﺮﻑ ﻋﻦ ﺯﻭﺟﻬﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻄﻤﺌﻨﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﻴﺘﻬﺎ ﻣﻌﻪ ﻭ ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺝ ؟ ( ﻓﻬﻞ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻠﺘﺤﺮﻱ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺹ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺴﺘﺄﺝﺭﻩ ﺃﺣﺪ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ‬
‫ﻟﺘﺘﺒﻊ ﺍﻵﺧﺮ ﻣﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻷﺣﺪﻫﻤﺎ ..؟! ﻭﻗﺪ ﻳﺪﻓﻌﻨﺎ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﻟﻠﺪﺧﻮﻝ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻔﺼﻴﻞ ﺣﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺴﺲ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻤﻮﺩ ﻳﺪﻓﻊ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﻀﺮﺭ‬
‫ﻟﻠﺘﺤﻮﻁ ﻣﻦ ﻭﻗﻮﻋﻪ ﺩﻭﻧﻤﺎ ﺳﺎﺑﻖ ﺇﻧﺬﺍﺭ ﻭﻟﻪ ﺷﺮﻭﻃﻪ ﻭﺿﻮﺍﺑﻄﻪ ؟ ﻭﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺴﺲ ﺍﻟﻤﺬﻣﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻔﻀﻲ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﺪﺧﻞ ﻓﻲ‬

‫ﻭﻫﻨﺎ ﻧﺠﺪ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺝ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻘﻬﻤﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺴﺲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺑﻨﺎﺋﻬﻢ ﺧﺸﻴﺔ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﻊ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺿﺮﺭ ﻻ ﻳﺪﺭﻙ ﻋﻮﺍﻗﺒﻪ ) ﻛﺠﺰء ﻣﻦ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻻﻟﺘﺰﺍﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﺳﺮﻳﺔ ( ﻛﻤﺎ ﻭﻳﺪﺧﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺗﺠﺴﺲ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺯﻭﺟﺘﻪ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺯﻭﺟﻬﺎ ﺧﺸﻴﺔ‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﻗﺪ ﺗﻮﺭﻁ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻣﺮ ﻳﺨﻞ ﺑﺎﻷﺳﺮﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻱ ﺳﻠﻮﻙ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﻷﻱ ﻣﻨﻬﻤﺎ‬

‫ﻳﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻮﻙ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺰﺍﺝ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﺑﻴﻨﻬﻤﺎ ) ﺇﻻ ﺃﻥ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻳﺠﺐ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﻌﻄﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻖ ﻷﻱ ﻡ ﻧﻬﻤﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﺎﺿﻲ ﺍﻵﺧﺮ ﺑﻔﻌﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺴﺲ ,‬

  • 1. ‫‪GLOBAL JA'WAB‬‬ ‫‪Man: Value and Ethics‬‬ ‫‪ORGANIZATION‬‬ ‫‪OF THOUGHT AND HUMAN CULTURE‬‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ .." ﻣﺆﺛﺮﺍﺕ ﻭ ﺣﻠﻮﻝ‬ ‫ﻧﻈﺮﺍ ﻟﻤﺎ ﻳﺸﻜﻠﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻴﺰ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﻗﻲ ) ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻟﺐ ﻟﻠﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ( ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺰﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺬﻫﺒﻲ ) ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻋﺚ ﻟﻠﺘﻄﺮﻑ ( ﻣﻦ ﻣﺨﺎﻃﺮ ﺗﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻣﻦ ﻭ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻢ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻟﻴﻴﻦ ) ﻭﺗﺜﻴﺮ ﻧﺰﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﺍﻭﺓ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﺍﻫﻴﺔ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏ ﻭ ﺍﻷﻣﻢ ( ﻛﺄﺣﺪ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﺍﻟﻌﻮﺍﻣﻞ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻟﺒﺔ ﻟﻠﺼﺮﺍﻉ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ )‬ ‫ﻣﻬﻤﺎ ﺗﻨﻮﻋﺖ ﺩﻋﺎﻭﻳﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻠﻮﻧﺖ ﺣﺠﺠﻪ ( .‬ ‫ﻓﺎﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﺗﻨﻘﺴﻢ ﺇﻻ ﻗﺴﻤﻴﻦ ﺭﺋﻴﺴﻴﻴﻦ :‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﻕ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺲ‬ ‫ﻟﺬﺍ ﻓﺈﻥ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﻳﺤﻤﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻃﻴﺎﺗﻪ ﺃﺑﻌﺎﺩ ﺛﻘﺎﻓﻲ ﻟﻬﺎ ﺍﺭﺗﺒﺎﻁ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﺴﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ , ﻣﺎ ﻳﺘﻄﻠﺐ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻌﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﻟﻌﻤﻖ ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺑﻬﺎ ﻭ ﻣﺆﺛﺮﺗﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺧﺘﻼﻑ ﺑﻴﺌﺘﻬﺎ . ﺑﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺩﻗﻴﻖ ﻳﺴﺘﺤﻀﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺨﻠﻔﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺛﺮ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻴﺔ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮ‬ ‫ﺑﺒﻌﺪﻫﺎ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻼﺕ . ﻣﺎ ﻳﺪﻓﻊ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺣﺜﻴﻦ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺘﻤﻴﻦ ﻟﻄﺮﺡ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﻋﻠﺔ ) ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻲ ﻭ‬ ‫ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺮﻳﻌﻲ . ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻧﺮﻯ ﻣﻦ ﻭﺟﻬﺔ ﻧﻈﺮﻧﺎ ﺃﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﺪﻭﺭ ﺣﻮﻝ ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﺤﺎﻭﺭ ﺭﺋﻴﺴﻴﺔ :‬ ‫ﻣﻨﺎﻫﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ ) ﺑﺒﻌﺪﻫﺎ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﻋﻮﻱ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻮﻛﻴﺔ ( .‬ ‫•‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺼﺐ ﻟﻠﻤﻮﺭﻭﺙ ) ﺑﻤﺆﺛﺮﺍﺗﻪ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻨﻴﺔ ﻭ ﻋﻼﻗﺎﺗﻪ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ( ﺍﻟﻤﻜﻮﻧﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﺎﻟﻴﺪ .‬ ‫•‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺮﻳﻌﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻣﻴﺔ ) ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺴﺎﻭﺍﺓ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻷﺟﻨﺎﺱ ﻭ ﺍﻷﻋﺮﺍﻕ ﻭﺗﺠﺮﻳﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﺑﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺃﺷﻜﺎﻟﻬﺎ ( ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻌﺪ‬ ‫•‬ ‫ﺟﺰء ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕ ﺍﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻔﺮﺩ .‬ ‫ﻭﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺎﻭﺭ ﺗﺪﺧﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺻﻠﺐ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﺍﻙ ﺍﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻲ ) ﺑﺒﻌﺪﻩ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺑﻮﻱ ﻭﺍﻧﻌﻜﺎﺳﻪ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻭ ﻣﺆﺛﺮﺍﺗﻪ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻨﻴﺔ ( ﻱ ﺗﺤﺘﺎﺝ ﺇﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺖ‬ ‫ﻣﺮﺍﺟﻌﺔ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﻢ ﺃﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﻟﻪ ﺍﺭﺗﺒﺎﻃﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺮﻳﻌﻲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻨﻌﻜﺲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻻﻟﺘﺰﺍﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﺩﺑﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ .‬ ‫ﻓﺎﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻼﺕ ) ﻗﻴﻤﺔ ﻭ ﻗﻴﻢ ( ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﻨﻲ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻢ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻼﺕ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻄﺔ ﺍﺭﺗﺒﺎﻁ ﺗﻠﻘﺎﺋﻲ ﻭ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮ‬ ‫ﺑﻨﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕ . ﻓﺈﺫﺍ ﻗﻞ ﺍﻻﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﻟﻠﻘﻴﻤﺔ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕ , ﺿﻌﻔﺖ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻢ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻼﺕ )‬ ‫ﻛﻨﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﻃﺮﺩﻳﺔ ﻭ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﻣﺘﻼﺯﻣﺔ ( ﻻ ﺗﺤﻴﺪ ﻋﻦ ﻣﻀﻤﻮﻧﻬﺎ ﻭﻻ ﺗﻨﻔﻚ ﻋﻦ ﻣﻘﺘﻀﺎﻫﺎ .." ﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﺃﺩﺏ .." ﺇﺫﺍ ﺍﻧﺘﻘﺺ ) ﻗﻠﺖ‬ ‫( ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ ﻭ ) ﺍﺧﺘﻠﺖ ( ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻢ .." ﻭﻫﻨﺎ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﻳﺔ ﺃﺩﺏ ﻭ ﺍﻷﺩﺏ ﺣﺮﻳﺔ ) ﻣﺤﺼﻠﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻮﻋﻲ ﺍﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻲ ( ﻓﻜﻠﻤﺎ ﺍﺭﺗﻘﻰ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﻟﻮﻋﻲ‬ ‫, ﺍﺭﺗﻔﻊ ﻣﻌﻪ ﺳﻘﻒ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﻳﺔ ) ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻜﺲ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﺻﺤﻴﺢ ( .‬ ‫ﻓﺒﻌﺪ ﺃﻥ ﻋﺎﻧﺖ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺻﺮﺍﻋﺎﺕ ﻣﺄﺳﺎﻭﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﺍﻟﺤﻀﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ , ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻣﺮﺕ ﺑﻤﻨﻌﺮﺟﺎﺕ ﺳﺎﺩ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺼﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﻗﻲ‬ ‫ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺪﺩ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻨﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻔﺴﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻘﻲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺃﺛﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻔﺘﻦ ﻭﻓﺘﻚ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﺷﺮ ﺑﻠﻴﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﺘﻞ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺪﻣﺎﺭ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﻣﺎﻥ .." ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻭﻓﻘﺖ ﺍﻷﻣﻢ ﻭ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺤﻀﺮﺓ ﻟﺒﻨﺎء ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ ﺟﺪﻳﺪﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﻀﺞ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻲ ﺑﺈﻗﺮﺍﺭ .." ﻣﻴﺜﺎﻕ ﺍﻷﻣﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺤﺪﺓ ﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻥ .‬ ‫ﻓﺈﻧﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻴﻮﻡ ﺗﻌﻴﺶ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ ﺑﺤﺚ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﻋﻦ ﺣﻘﻴﻘﺔ ﻭﺟﻮﺩﻫﺎ ﻭﺳﺮ ﺑﻘﺎﺋﻬﺎ , ﻭ ﺑﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﺎﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﻴﺮﻱ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺮﻙ ﺍﻟﻌﻮﻟﻤﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﻜﺮ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻔﺘﺢ ﺑﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﺎﻓﺲ ) ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﻲ ( ﻓﺎﻟﺤﻘﻴﻘﺔ ﻭﺍﺣﺪﺓ ﺇﻻ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻹﺷﻜﺎﻝ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺨﻼﻑ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﺎﻓﺲ ﻳﺪﻭﺭ ﺭﺣﺎﻩ ﺣﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻴﻘﻴﻦ )‬ ‫ﻣﺎ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻓﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺭﻭﺙ ﻭ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﺴﺐ ( .‬ ‫ﻭﻫﻨﺎ ﺗﺘﺄﻛﺪ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﺃﺯﻟﻴﺔ ﺃﻥ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﺡ ﺍﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻲ ﻗﻀﺎﻳﺎ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺒﻌﺪ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺷﺮ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺠﺎﻧﺐ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻮﻙ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ‬ ‫ﻟﻞ‬ ‫) ﻻ ﺗﻘﺒﻞ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺽ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻀﻐﻂ ( ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻣﻦ ﺷﺄﻧﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻔﺎﻗﻢ ﺍﻷﻣﻮﺭ ﻭ ﻳﺆﺟﺞ ﺍﻟﺼﺮﺍﻉ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ) ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﻻ ﻳﺨﺪﻡ ﺃﺣﺪﺍ ( ﺑﻘﺪﺭ‬ ‫ﻣﺎ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺤﻮﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺎﻫﻢ ﺍﻷﺩﺑﻲ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺪﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻲ ﻟﻬﺎ . ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺗﻂﺭﺡ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻭﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺒﺎﻳﻨﺔ ﻭ ﺗﻨﺎﻗﺶ‬ ‫ﻓﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﻘﻀﺎﻳﺎ ﺍﻟﺨﻼﻓﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻮ ﻳﺴﻮﺩﻩ ﺍﻻﺣﺘﺮﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺒﺎﺩﻝ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺰﻳﻞ ﺍﻟﻠﺒﺲ ﻭ ﻳﺨﻔﻒ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺎﺫﻳﺮ ﻭ ﻳﺒﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺎﻭﻑ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺸﻜﻮﻙ , ﺍﻟﺘﻲ‬
  • 2. ‫ﺗﺴﻮﻗﻬﺎ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻔﺰﺍﺯﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻜﺮﺭﺓ ﻫﻨﺎ ﻭﻫﻨﺎﻙ ؟ ﺑﻬﺪﻑ ﺗﺸﻮﻳﻪ ﺛﻘﺎﻓﺔ ﺑﻌﻴﻨﻬﺎ ! ) ﻓﻴﻜﻮﻥ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻋﻘﺒﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻁﺭﻳﻖ ﺃﻱ ﺗﺤﺮﻙ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ‬ ‫ﺃﻭ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻟﻠﻨﻤﻮ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﺎﺭﺏ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻷﻣﻢ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏ ( .‬ ‫ﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻘﺪﻡ ﻟﻢ ﺗﻜﺘﻤﻞ ﻟﺪﻳﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻈﻮﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺮﻓﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻠﻮﻡ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺇﻻ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻓﺘﺮﺓ ﻃﻮﻳﻠﺔ ﻭ ﻣﺨﺎﺽ ﻋﺴﻴﺮ ﻭ ﻣﻮﺍﺟﻬﺎﺕ ﺩﺍﻣﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻧﻴﺔ ﺑﻨﻈﻤﻬﺎ ﻭﺗﺸﺮﻳﻌﺎﺗﻬﺎ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻌﺪ ﻣﻦ‬ ‫؟ ﻟﻴﺼﺤﺢ ﻣﺴﺎﺭﻩ ) ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻲ ( ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻧﻘﻠﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﺍﺛﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺤﻲ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺍﺭﺱ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ ) ﺇﻻ ﺃﻧﻬﺎ ﻟﻴﺴﺖ ﺁﺧﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﺎﻑ ﺇﺫ ﺗﺤﺘﺎﺝ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﺘﺮﺓ ﻭ ﺍﻷﺧﺮﻯ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺗﻘﻴﻴﻢ ﻟﺘﻔﺎﺻﻴﻞ ﻧﺘﺎﺋﺠﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻣﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺇﺟﺮﺍءﺍﺗﻬﺎ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺠﺰﺍﺋﻴﺔ ﻭﺃﺣﻜﺎﻣﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻘﻀﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻭﻣﺪﻯ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ . ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﺑﻤﺮﺍﺟﻌﺔ ﻣﺎ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺮﺗﺪ ﺇﻟﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺁﺛﺎﺭ ﺳﻠﺒﻴﺔ ﺗﺤﺘﺎﺝ ﺇﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﻣﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ ﺟﺬﺭﻳﺔ , ﺗﺘﻄﻠﺐ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺩﻗﻴﻖ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻟﻪ ﻋﻼﻗﺔ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎﻻﺕ .." ﻭ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻳﻌﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻫﻢ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺘﻤﻴﺰ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﻢ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻳﺜﺔ‬ ‫ﻛﻮﻧﻬﺎ ﻗﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ ﻧﻔﺴﻬﺎ ﻭﺗﺠﺎﻭﺯ ﺃﺯﻣﺎﺗﻬﺎ ﺑﺸﻔﺎﻓﻴﺔ ( .‬ ‫ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ ) ﺑﺎﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻧﻲ – ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺸﺌﻮﻥ ﺍﻷﺳﺮﺓ ( ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺤﺘﺎﺝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﺍﻡ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺮﺍﺟﻌﺔ ﻭ ﻣﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻹﺟﺮﺍﺋﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻘﻀﺎﺋﻴﺔ . ﺇﺫ ﻧﻼﺣﻆ ﻭ ﻳﻼﺣﻆ ﻏﻴﺮﻧﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﻗﺒﻴﻦ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﺘﻤﻴﻦ ﺑﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻮﺭﻱ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻷﻣﻢ ﻭ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏ ) ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺘﻮﻗﻒ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﺪﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ( ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻧﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻳﺚ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻖ ) ﺑﺸﺌﻮﻥ ﺍﻷﺳﺮﺓ ( ﻗﺪ ﺃﺧﺬ ﻣﺴﻠﻚ ﻣﺘﺸﺪﺩ ﻳﻬﺪﺩ‬ ‫ﺍﺳﺘﻘﺮﺍﺭ ﺍﻷﺳﺮﺓ ﻭ ﻳﻀﻴﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻓﺮﺹ ﻧﻤﺎﺋﻬﺎ ﻭ ﺍﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍﺭﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺴﺒﺒﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺰﻭﻑ ﺍﻟﺸﺒﺎﺏ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺍﺝ ؟! ﺑﻌﺪ ﺃﻥ‬ ‫ﺟﺮﺩ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺝ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻪ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺃﺳﺮﺗﻪ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻮﻓﺎء ﺑﻤﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺎﺗﻪ ﺗﺠﺎﻫﻬﺎ . ﻟﺪﺭﺟﺔ ﺗﻜﺎﺩ ﺗﺤﻮﻟﻪ ﻭﻛﺄﻧﻪ ﺇﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻏﺮﻳﺐ‬ ‫ﻋﻦ ﺗﻪ ) ﺑﻞ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺼﻞ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻝ ﺇﻻ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺘﺪﺧﻞ ﺍﻵﺧﺮﻭﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺃﺑﺴﻂ ﺷﺌﻮﻧﻪ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺋﻠﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻪ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻻ ﺿﺮﺭ‬ ‫ﺑﻲ‬ ‫ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ .." ﺣﺴﻴﺎ ﺍﻭ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﻳﺎ ﺍﻭ ﻋﻀﻮﻳﺎ ( ﺣﺘﻰ ﻭﺻﻞ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻝ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺗﺘﺒﻌﻪ ﻷﻫﻞ ﺑﻴﺘﻪ ﻭﻛﺄﻧﻪ ﻳﺘﺠﺴﺲ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ ..؟!‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻓﺈﻧﻨﺎ ﻧﺮﻯ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﻟﻎﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻘﻴﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺪﺧﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻷﺳﺮﻳﺔ ﺑﺤﺠﺔ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺎﺕ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺎﺕ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻧﻴﺔ ) ﻛﺤﺪﻭﺩ ﻭﺻﻼﺣﻴﺎﺕ ﺃﻗﺤﻤﺖ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻷﺳﺮﺓ ( ﻟﻴﺴﺖ ﺇﻻ ﺟﺴﻮﺭ ﻭ ﺣﺼﻮﻥ ﻭ ﻣﻮﺍﻧﻊ ﺗﻀﻌﻒ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻧﺐ ﺍﻷﺩﺑﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻲ‬ ‫ﻭﺗﺨﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﺠﺎﻧﺐ ﺍﻟﻔﻄﺮﻱ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻋﺚ ﻟﻠﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻴﻤﺔ ﺑﻜﻞ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺤﻤﻠﻪ ﺣﻴﺎﺓ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻌﺎﻧﺎ ﺟﻤﻴﻠﺔ ﺗﺮﺑﻂ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﻴﻦ ..‬ ‫ﺍﻝ‬ ‫ﻭﺁﺧﺮ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻄﺎﻟﻌﻨﺎ ﺑﻪ ) ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺪﺩ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﺒﺮﺍﻟﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻧﻴﺔ ( ﻫﻮ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﺠﺪﻝ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺋﺮ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ) ﺍﻷﻣﺮﻳﻜﻲ ( ﺣﻮﻝ ﺍﺣﺘﻤﺎﻟﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﺣﺒﺲ ﺯﻭﺝ ﺍﻃﻠﻊ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺒﺮﻳﺪ ﺍﻻﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻧﻲ ﻟﺰﻭﺟﺘﻪ ) ﻭﻛﺄﻧﻪ ﻏﺮﻳﺐ ﻳﺘﺠﺴﺲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻵﺧﺮﻳﻦ ( ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺧﻄﻴﺮ ﻳﻨﺬﺭ ﺑﻜﻮﺍﺭﺙ‬ ‫ﻭﻋﻮﺍﻗﺐ ﺍﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﺗﺪﻣﺮ ﺍﻷﺳﺮﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺳﺎﺳﻬﺎ ﻭﺗﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﻴﻦ ﻭﻛﺄﻧﻬﻢ ) ﺃﻋﺪﺍء ﻛﻞ ﻳﺘﺮﺑﺺ ﺑﺎﻵﺧﺮ ( ﻓﺄﻱ ﺃﻟﻔﺔ ﻭﻣﺤﺒﺔ ﻭ ﺗﺮﺍﺣﻢ ﻭ‬ ‫ﺗﻀﺤﻴﺔ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﻟﺰﻭﺟﻴﻦ ﻳﻮﺻﻠﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻧﻲ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻮﺿﻊ ﺍﻟﻘﺘﺎﻟﻲ ..!! ﻓﻤﻦ ﺳﻴﻘﺪﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺍﺝ ﻓﻲ ﻇﻞ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻻﻧﺤﺮﺍﻑ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺮﻳﻌﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﻴﻒ ..؟ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻳﺤﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻨﺎﻗﻀﺎﺕ ﺻﺎﺭﺧﺔ ﻭ ﺍﺯﺩﻭﺍﺟﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﺿﺤﺔ ) ﺇﺫ ﻛﻴﻒ ﻳﻌﻘﻞ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻠﺰﻭﺝ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﺔ ﺃﻥ‬ ‫ﻳﻄﻠﻊ ﺃﺣﺪﻫﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻵﺧﺮ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻴﺎﺗﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ .." ﻭﻟﻮ ﻭﻗﻌﺖ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﺔ ) ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﺒﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺜﺎﻝ ( ﻓﻲ ﺧﻄﺎء ﻟﺴﺆﻝ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺝ ﻋﻦ‬ ‫ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺎﺗﻪ ﺗﺠﺎﻫﻬﺎ ..؟ ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻗﺪ ﺗﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺝ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻢ ﺍﺭﺳﺎﺕ ﺗﺨﻞ ﺑﺴﻤﻌﺔ ﺍﻷﺳﺮﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ‬ ‫ﺗﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺣﺪﻫﻤﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ , ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﺪ ﺗﺠﺎﻭﺯ ﻟﻤﺎ ﻗﺪ ﻳﻜﻮﻧﺎ ﺍﺗﻔﻘﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ! ﻓﺎﻷﻣﺮ ﻳﺸﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺇﺫ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻖ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﺔ‬ ‫ﺃﻥ ﺗﻌﺮﻑ ﻋﻦ ﺯﻭﺟﻬﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻄﻤﺌﻨﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﻴﺘﻬﺎ ﻣﻌﻪ ﻭ ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺝ ؟ ( ﻓﻬﻞ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻠﺘﺤﺮﻱ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺹ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺴﺘﺄﺝﺭﻩ ﺃﺣﺪ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ‬ ‫ﻟﺘﺘﺒﻊ ﺍﻵﺧﺮ ﻣﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻷﺣﺪﻫﻤﺎ ..؟! ﻭﻗﺪ ﻳﺪﻓﻌﻨﺎ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﻟﻠﺪﺧﻮﻝ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻔﺼﻴﻞ ﺣﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺴﺲ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻤﻮﺩ ﻳﺪﻓﻊ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﻀﺮﺭ‬ ‫ﻟﻠﺘﺤﻮﻁ ﻣﻦ ﻭﻗﻮﻋﻪ ﺩﻭﻧﻤﺎ ﺳﺎﺑﻖ ﺇﻧﺬﺍﺭ ﻭﻟﻪ ﺷﺮﻭﻃﻪ ﻭﺿﻮﺍﺑﻄﻪ ؟ ﻭﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺴﺲ ﺍﻟﻤﺬﻣﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﻔﻀﻲ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﺪﺧﻞ ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻭ ﻛﺸﻒ ﺳﺘﺮﻫﻢ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺼﻨﺖ ﻳﻬﻢ ..!‬ ‫ﻋﻞ‬ ‫ﻭﻫﻨﺎ ﻧﺠﺪ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺝ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻘﻬﻤﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺴﺲ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺑﻨﺎﺋﻬﻢ ﺧﺸﻴﺔ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﻊ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺿﺮﺭ ﻻ ﻳﺪﺭﻙ ﻋﻮﺍﻗﺒﻪ ) ﻛﺠﺰء ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻻﻟﺘﺰﺍﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﺳﺮﻳﺔ ( ﻛﻤﺎ ﻭﻳﺪﺧﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺗﺠﺴﺲ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺯﻭﺟﺘﻪ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺯﻭﺟﻬﺎ ﺧﺸﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﻗﺪ ﺗﻮﺭﻁ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻣﺮ ﻳﺨﻞ ﺑﺎﻷﺳﺮﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺣﻴﺔ ﺍﻷﺧﻼﻗﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻱ ﺳﻠﻮﻙ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﻷﻱ ﻣﻨﻬﻤﺎ‬ ‫.." ﻓﺬﻟﻚ ﺗﺠﺴﺲ ﻣﺤﻤﻮﺩ ( ﺃﻣﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻋﺪﻯ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻳﻌﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺴﺲ ﺍﻟﻤﺬﻣﻮﻡ .." ﻛﺄﻥ ﻳﺘﺠﺴﺲ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻵﺧﺮ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ‬ ‫ﺑﻤﻬﺎﻡ ﻋﻤﻠﻪ ﺍﻟﻮﻇﻴﻔﻲ ﺃﻭ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺸﺌﻮﻥ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﻣﻊ ﻋﺎﺋﻠﺘﻪ ﺷﺮﻳﻄﺔ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻣﻮﺭ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻗﺪ ﺗﺨﻞ ﺑﺄﺻﻞ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﺮﺑﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﻲ ..؟!‬ ‫ﻭﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻝ ﻋﻠﻢ ﺃﻱ ﻣﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﺑﺘﺠﺴﺲ ﺍﻵﺧﺮ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭ ﻟﻢ ﻳﻘﺒﻞ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﻓﺈﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻘﻪ ﻃﻠﺐ ﺍﻻﻧﻔﺼﺎﻝ ﻋﻨﻪ ﻟﻌﺪﻡ ﺍﻻﺭﺗﻴﺎﺡ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻗﺪ‬ ‫ﻳﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻮﻙ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺰﺍﺝ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﺑﻴﻨﻬﻤﺎ ) ﺇﻻ ﺃﻥ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻳﺠﺐ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﻳﻌﻄﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻖ ﻷﻱ ﻡ ﻧﻬﻤﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﺎﺿﻲ ﺍﻵﺧﺮ ﺑﻔﻌﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺴﺲ ,‬ ‫ﻧﻈﺮﺍ ﻟﺤﻜﻢ ﺍﻟﺮﺑﺎﻁ ﺍﻟﺰﻭﺟﻲ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻟﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻮﻕ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﻴﻦ ﻣﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻐﻴﺮﻫﻤﺎ .." ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﺍﻟﻌﻜﺲ ؟!
