Question One
Why do you choose to be a Management Committee member in AIESEC in Singapore Alumni
Association?
I would like to re-energize myself and relive the excitement of being an AIESECer all over again.
Question Two
In the context of being a Management Committee President/HGS/VP Finance/ Member, what would be
your 3 biggest personal strengths and weaknesses?
Strengths:
1. Experience in AIESEC during the project years (1995-1998).
2. I can arrange my work commitment to make myself available to my members.
3. Jack of all trades and master of none.
Weakness:
1. Do not know many of the current alumni members.
2. Prefer to work with small core teams than a big extended team.
3. Have to start building my AIESEC knowledge from scratch as AIESEC had evolved through the
generations.
Question Three
What do you believe is the Alumni Association’s relevance in regards to the present business and
AIESEC’s environment?
Alumni Association serves as the conduit in which to connect new members to experienced past
members and vice versa, in a mutually beneficial ways through experience sharing and other social
activities.
Question Four
What are the personal goals that you want to achieve within your Management Committee term in AIESEC
in Singapore Alumni Association?
To create a platform for past and new alumni members to come together to help one another.
Question Five
What are the 3 key things that you would like to achieve together with the elected management committee
in term 2011-2013?
1) To increase alumni membership by 5% by the end of our term.
2) To increase interactions and contact points among the alumni and current AIESEC students.
3) To revive the old AIESEC networks so that this can enrich the alumni experience for all
members.

Question One
Why do you choose to be a Management Committee member in AIESEC in Singapore Alumni
Association?
1. I felt strongly about what I had gained from AIESEC and I think being part of the Alumni
Association will allow me to contribute back to AIESEC in a positive way.
2. I felt that I can do a part to bring foster closer ties of the past AIESEC Alumni as well as the
Alumni with AIESEC Singapore
3. I think that the AIESEC Alumni is a key to strengthen the brand name of AIESEC in Singapore
which I want to uphold and strengthen.
Question Two
In the context of being a Management Committee President/HGS/VP Finance/ Member, what would be
your 3 biggest personal strengths and weaknesses?
3 Strengths that I have are
1. Team-player – I want to play as a team and win as a team
2. Persistence – once I am align with a vision I will go for it.
3. Detailed – I like to read the fine print to know what I'm missing out.
3 weaknesses that I have are
1. Indecisiveness – I would want to make decision when I have the complete background or
information on things.
2. Being Kapo – doing things out of my workscope because at times I wonder how things are
done from another angle and see how it comes together.
3. Lazy – I like to do things in the most efficient and effective manner.

What do you believe is the Alumni Association’s relevance in regards to the present business and
AIESEC’s environment?
The alumni is a key stakeholder to AIESEC development, all the alumni has experienced what
AIESEC has done for them and majority of them are willing to contribute back to what they see are
a key part of their journey of learning and growth as well as an organization where their close
friendship with their fellow Alumni members are forged.

What are the personal goals that you want to achieve within your Management Committee term in AIESEC
in Singapore Alumni Association?
To learn to build/refine a sustainable framework that will last for the years to come

in term 2011-2013?
1. Establish a long term programme that would attract and sustain Alumni
2. Examine the current framework – identify what has working well and changing what has not.

What do you believe is the Alumni Association’s relevance in regards to the present business and
AIESEC’s environment?
It is still relevant to serve as a bridge between the alumni from difference generations and the
current @ members. Although focus of @ have changed through the years, @ values and
experiences will still tie people together

What are the personal goals that you want to achieve within your Management Committee term in AIESEC
in Singapore Alumni Association?
To increase the visibility of @ in Singapore as well as network with other alumni.
