Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT), Chairman, Subcommittee on National Security, submitted a letter to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary, Jeh Johnson, on a DHS plan to establish a U.S. Customs and Border Protection preclearance facility at Abu Dhabi International Airport in the United Arab Emirates.
