This is A-1 Concrete Leveling and Foundation Repair (Western New York Division) presentation given at the Facility Management Expo from the Buffalo New York area. It shows some of the almost 1300 Projects that have been completed over the last four years. There are before and after pictures from some of the almost 7200 slabs that we have raised. It highlights not only the 50% to 70% cost savings versus replacement but also the advantage to the A-1 Concrete Leveling system. The expo was focused on providing solutions to property managers, commercial property owners and industrial customers.

A-1 Concrete Leveling (Western New York Division) Facility Management Expo Presentation 2010

  1. 1. 716-341-4550 ~ 800-574-6511 P.O. Box 806 ~ Tonawanda, NY 14151 1504 Bailey Avenue ~ Buffalo, NY 14212 a-1concreteleveling.com youtube.com/a1concreteleveling a1concreteleveling.blogspot.com
  2. 2. What is the A-1 Advantage? The most modern concrete leveling techniques! The 1” diameter holes that are drilled through the slab are the smallest in the industry Smaller hole size avoids weakening the slabs or raising the slabs too quickly A-1 fills the void completely and raises the slab safely
  3. 3. What is the A-1 Advantage? The most environmentally responsible material in concrete leveling! Limestone-based slurry used to raise sunken concrete is natures’ original green material and has stood the test of time Used by farmers to fertilize crops Used over 3000 years ago to build the pyramids! Limestone is natural and won’t disturb the landscape; in fact, it may help…everyone has received a mailer offering “organic lime treatment” for the lawn
  4. 4. What is the A-1 Advantage? A-1 Concrete Leveling is America’s Premier Concrete Leveling Company… A-1’s patented Concrete Leveling System has been perfected over the last 30 years!!!
  5. 5. The Process = 1, 2, 3 A-1’s self-contained patented pumping system Grover Miller, A-1’s Inventor, Still Pumping Strong!!! 11 22 33 Drill series of 1” diameter holes through slab A-1 pumping compound is pumped below concrete to fill voids and raise slabs After leveling, holes are sealed with non- shrinking grout
  6. 6. Anatomy of a lift… Cheektowaga, NY – 07/01/07 Interior cross-section demonstrates how A-1’s limestone mix fills voids beneath slabs Photo taken week after pumping Existing cinder blocks were crumbling and required replacement What does A-1’s material look like under the slab?
  7. 7. How Dell Does Concrete Leveling Last? Before – After – Now! Residential – Driveway Upper Apron Before After – 08/06/07 Now – 04/13/10 This project was completed in 2007 and the slabs are still in the “after” position and should be for years to come…
