Atanas Semov, Chair Jean Monnet Professor, Head of the International "EU Law" Master’s Program at the Law Faculty of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski ", Director of the Institute of European Law • “Intellectual property protection according to EU law” – Judge Lybka Stoyanova, Vice-President of the Administrative Court, Sofia City During the seminar the new product of APIS Europe will be introduced: EuroCases (http://eurocases.eu) – case law of the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg and the supreme courts of Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, France and other Member States in implementing EU law.
