Zillow Home Price Expectations Survey. Home value growth will be around 3.5% in 2016,

in the U.S. is $1,382. Rents are predicted to reach new highs in 2016.

suburbs for more affordable living. People will move outside of the city

6 Hot spots will be
dense, walkable suburbs with urban amenities.
