  4. 4. Everyone has a chance to experience various roles in the group.
  5. 5. Explain to student that there must be no domination or passiveness of members in a group.
  6. 6. Rationalize the advantages of group work to the students.</li></li></ul><li>Case 3<br />LIM MISBEHAVES IN CLASS AND THE SITUATION IS POTENTIALLY EXPLOSIVE<br />
  7. 7. Power type: Expert<br />MAIN OBJECTIVE: KEEP THE PUPILS FOCUS WITH THE T&L SESSION.<br />SOLUTION: <br /><ul><li>Give task that will keep him focus.
  8. 8. Distract them with information or knowledge that might keep them interested.
  9. 9. For eg: if the child misbehave when you are teaching, you might want to change your activity into something more fun. (video, pictures, etc)</li></li></ul><li>Legitimate : Appointed position<br />

  12. 12. Referent: Relationship power<br />

  14. 14. Example<br />Pupil A accidentally spilt some water over Pupil B’s exercise book.<br />Pupil B then slap Pupil A and they got into a fight.<br />
