"RICE WITH FISH" MOTABBAK ZOBIDIPrep. Time: 15 Minutes Cooking time :70 minutes Directions:Serving : 4-6 Wash the rice and soak it in warm water for 20 – 25 minutes.Ingredients: Drain. Dissolve the saffron in rose water. Put it aside. Clean the fish and sprinkle it with spices, turmeric, loomy,3 Cups of Zafarani Basmati Rice cardamom and salt.¼ Teaspoon of Saffron, crushed Coat the fish with flour, frying it in oil until golden brown. Put it¼ Cup of Rose water aside.3 Medium Zobidi fish In a large pan fry the onions with 4 tablespoons of oil, until2 Medium Onions, chopped golden brown. Then add raisins and loamy, cooking until soft. Put½ Cup of Raisins aside half of this mixture for garnishing.1 Tablespoon of Ground loamy (dried lime) Sprinkle one cup of rice over the onion mixture, in the pan. Arrange the fish over the rice and add the remaining rice.1 Teaspoon of Mixed spices Gradually pour the fish stock over rice, heating to boil, and then1 Teaspoon of Turmeric let simmer on low heat for 30 – 40 minutes.½ Teaspoon of Ground cardamom Sprinkle the saffron mixture over the rice, cover and let stand,½ Teaspoon of salt removed from the heat, for 5 – 10 minutes. Serve in a plate and4 Cups of Fish stock, hot Flour/oil place the fish on top. Garnish with onions and raisins.
