Time: 10 MinutesCooking time : 25 minutes Serving : 6-8Ingredients:½ Cup Zafarani Basmati Rice2 Pieces of Chicken breasts4 Tablespoons Oil1 Small Onion, chopped2 Tablespoons of Flour4 - 5 Cups of Chicken stock2 Teaspoons of Lemon JuiceParsleyChopped Lemon wedgesDirections:Wash the rice and put it aside. Cut the chicken into1cm cubes.In medium saucepan heat oil over medium heat, thenadd the chicken and onions, stirring occasionally about2 – 4 minutes until the onions are softened.Add flour, stirring for 30 seconds. Gradually add stockand rice, and then heat to boiling, strring constantly.Simmer on low heat until the chicken and rice aretender, 20-22 minutes.
