2. HUNGER FACTS
• According to the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of
the United Nations) news release on 14 September
2010, 925 million people do not have enough to eat - more
than the populations of USA, Canada and the European
Union.
• 98 percent of the world's hungry live in developing
countries.
• 65 percent of the world's hungry live in only seven
countries: India, China, the Democratic Republic of
Congo, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan and Ethiopia.
• According to the Community Food Survey conducted by
Food for All (local youth group), almost 12000 households
in Singapore currently rely on supplementary food rations -
dried food packets or cooked meals - in the country.
3. WHAT THE WORLD IS DOING TO STOP

4. WHAT WE CAN DO???
We can try to donate more food and
money whenever possible . So we can
contribute more for the needy so that
less people will die because they have
more food to meet their daily needs .
