It also aims to create new mindsets within the broader school stakeholder community in order to value the new opportunity set before them and gain ownership and commitment to meet the requirements for utilizing the new school model in the most effective ways possible. -Member of Education ReformSupport Program (ERSP)team-(USAID) funded project. - (NCS) Newly Constructed Schools Responsible for training all in the Schools (teachers, principals, community members and students) by work with him full time in the schools to equip school leaders and teachers with positive attitude, knowledge and skills to apply innovative teaching and learning methodologies. Providing a comprehensive capacity building program for 16 schools with poor infrastructure across the country. The project aims to empower and enable students, school leaders, and school community members with the positive Attitudes, needed Skills, and Knowledge to become more active responsible participants in their schools’ environments, and contributing to the schools’ improvement and preservation. Training for Trainers program (TOT Program) in cooperation between Jordanian Ministry of Education and CADER Company.( 7 groups) Training Jordanian Ministry of education supervisors on coaching and leadership skills. Training Jordanian Ministry of education schools teachers & principals on management and leadership skills. Preparing Training Materials in different educational subjects. September 2009 – Mar. 2013 CADER Amman, Jordan Master Trainer  Responsible for training teachers to integrate ICT tools with modern pedagogy and implementing them in their classrooms.  Responsible for tutoring students and in-service teachers from the Ministry of Education participating in Yarmouk University high education diploma. Training them on the use of ICT and to integrate it on the new pedagogies and teaching at the classroom.  Responsible for Tutoring and coaching in-service teachers from the Ministry of Education in many regions of Jordan on the use of ICT in Education and how to coach other teachers to create and formulate better and more effective educational practices with the use of ICT. Feb - Oct 2003: J.U.S.T Irbid, Jordan  Research Assistant in the Dept. of Applied Biology, at J.U.S.T. I worked on a project entitled "Screening of insect pathogens Bacillus Thuringenesis in Ajlun Forests". The project investigated the effect of bacterial toxin on insects as an environmental friendly method for pest extermination. Oct. 2003-Feb. 2004: J.U.S.T Irbid, Jordan  Research Assistant at the Dept. of Applied Biology / J.U.S.T., the project involved in a survey on the environmental impact and risk assessment and management of genetic modified organisms (GMOs). We prepared a questionnaire focusing on two classes of people (specialized and non specialized). It showed how much people know about this issue (effect on environment, human health, ethics and religious aspects and regulations). The course is implemented and supervised by experts from INHOLLAND University and Cader Expert Trainers from Sep. 2009 –May 2010. The training aimed at empowering individuals to become real ChangeAgents capable of leveraging the cutting edge of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the educational process.
