  1. 1. VOLUNTEER CHECK INCheck In Process All volunteers must report to the designated Volunteer Check In Counter located in Youth Lounge prior to service. Master Sign In Step 1: All volunteers need to sign in on master sheet prior to service Step 2: Check out a vest (vest # is entered in the “ check out” column) Vests and badges must be on before you get into position Step 3: Confirm your specific assignment for this service with Service Coordinator Step 4: End of service, return vest (use initials under “in” column of sheet) *Note: damaged or unreturned vests results in a $10 replacement fee Radio Assignments (applicable positions only) Step 1: Enter radio # in the appropriate radio check out column Step 2: Verify unit is operating and in good working condition Step 3: Check you are on the appropriate YA Channel (#3) Step 4: End of service, place radio in OFF position and into charge system. Please be certain to sign the radio back in.
