  2. 2. <ul><li>In Britain many city centres are being renovated. We are a small country and there is not much space.Therefore we are now building many apartments on old factory sites. </li></ul>
  3. 3. <ul><li>Centrick Property would let these new and modern apartments for landlords. </li></ul><ul><li>We would take care of things such as finding tenants, referencing these tenants and undertaking any maintenance needed. </li></ul><ul><li>For these services the landlords would pay us a portion of the rent. </li></ul>
  4. 4. <ul><li>My business would target both young professionals, who would be working in the city, and students. Birmingham has several universities and there is a great need for student accommodation. </li></ul>
