                             INCENTIVO percepita annualmente da ogni dipendente
                             in modo da non creare situazioni imbarazzanti o
                             addirittura umilianti per alcune fasce di personale.
Credo che fissare un tetto massimo annuale di incentivo percepibile equivalente a
                           la quota minima percepita da chi accede solo al fondo
comune
                                                                               .
Se l’erogazione dell’incentivo venisse troncata al raggiungimento del tetto i soggetti
interessati avrebbero di fronte due soluzioni:
