  1. 1. NATIONAL FORUM OF TEACHER EDUCATION JOURNAL VOLUME 24, NUMBERS 1 & 2, 2014 The NATIONAL FORUM OF TEACHER EDUCATION JOURNAL was founded in 1990 by Dr. William Allan Kritsonis. A function of the NFTE JOURNAL is to strengthen the collaboration among professors in higher education and public and private school systems throughout the United States. The NATIONAL FORUM OF TEACHER EDUCATION JOURNAL seeks to promote a scholarly dialogue regarding the roles, problems, and progress of teacher education in a variety of settings. The journal publishes original articles for persons in the broad areas of teacher education. Writing for Publication NATIONAL FORUM OF TEACHER EDUCATION JOURNAL MANUSCRIPTS: The NFTE JOURNAL is a scholarly, refereed, blind-reviewed, juried, peer-reviewed professional periodical intended for a national readership. The journal requires writers to submit manuscripts following the technical specifications set forth in the most recent edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association. Submit three copies along with a CD. Manuscripts are evaluated and recommended for national publication and distribution by members of the Invited National Editorial Review Board and formally approved by the National Policy Board representing all NATIONAL FORUM JOURNALS. Any manuscript published shall earn five affirmative votes from members of the Invited National Editorial Review Board. It is imperative the scholarly, intellectual, creative, and ethical integrity of the NFTE JOURNAL be ensured. The NATIONAL FORUM OF TEACHER EDUCATION JOURNAL reserves the right to edit and adapt manuscripts for brevity, clarity, and consistency. Rejected manuscripts are not returned unless the writer provides a self-addressed enveloped with the proper postage. At the time a manuscript is submitted for consideration, the writer, institution or agency must include a nonrefundable processing fee of $30. The fee covers the initial evaluation of the manuscript by the editorial staff. Please make payment to NATIONAL FORUM JOURNALS.
