Weber Shandwick partnered with KRC Research to determine how and which intangible factors, including corporate
communications, influence buy-side investors’ valuation perceptions and investment decisions. “Intangible factors”
were defined as non-financial performance factors, which could include evaluation of leadership, key stakeholder
relations, and product and process quality and innovation.
Methodology:
We conducted a telephone survey of 104
buy-side investors in the U.S. Respondents
