Lessons Learned <ul><li>Culture the biggest challenge </li></ul><ul><li>Still in the process of moving towards a project, rather than publication focus </li></ul><ul><li>Time needs to be given to develop specific web content and PDF content </li></ul><ul><li>Need to train staff in content management and writing </li></ul><ul><li>Focus on the user - what they want and need </li></ul><ul><li>Education – Staff, Publishing Services, Executives </li></ul>
