Niche niche niche it’s easier to master during bad times </li></ul></ul>
  10. 2 social attention is cannibalizing media attention (revenues) <ul><ul><li>Faster execution on social nedia </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Take the social media consumers </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Opportunities for startups to generate b2b deals and consulting revenues </li></ul></ul>
  11. 3 as an entrepreneur <ul><ul><li>Review your goals as if you were starting your company now : are you adapted to the (sthity) situation ? </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>if you do b2b deals, make sure to use your clients cash to improve your product, motivate your team and execute faster on your strategy : your team and your product is you main asset </li></ul></ul><ul><li>If you have vc, now is the best time to find out if it’s a good one. </li></ul>
