In 2006 UM embarked on a ground-breaking project called
Wave, designed to measure the scale and impact of social
media across the globe. Since then, the project has grown
and developed and now surveys over 50,000 people
annually in more than 70 countries around the world.
What has emerged is not just a story of unprecedented
growth, but also one of social evolution.
