  39. 39. I-520 Floating Bridge Instrumentation Sensors included 40 strain gauges bonded inside the concrete pontoons, and 8 tensiometers on the mooring cables. Data was streamed to land-based logging station via wireless modem, and burst logging was triggered on wind speed thresholds.
